ADJUSTABLE ACTUATION POINT

Customize each key with precision, adjusting actuation points from 0.1 to 3.35 mm with 0.01 mm sensitivity. Set shallow keypresses for instant actions and deeper ones for deliberate engagement, minimizing accidental touches and giving you an edge in both gaming and typing.

MAGNETIC SWITCH

LAST KEY PRIORITY (LKP) & SNAP CLICK

LKP allows seamless directional changes by prioritizing the last key pressed, ensuring smoother gameplay in titles like Valorant. With Snap Click, deeper keypresses take precedence when two keys are hit at once, automatically resetting shallower presses.

 *They are disabled by default, but you can easily enable them in our Launcher web app when needed.

Assign four actions to a single key based on the depth of your press. For example, lightly press a key to walk forward in a game, and press deeper to run. Additionally, releasing the key also supports two-stage settings. This allows for smoother, personalized combinations that can give you an edge in competitive gaming.

Built with the Mac users’ experience in mind while still retaining compatibility for Windows devices, the Q16 HE 8K comes with a system toggle and an additional set of customized keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems. You can now save two different layouts on the keyboard, one for each system.

Designed exclusively for the Q16 HE 8K, these keycaps combine Cherry’s iconic ergonomic profile with the exceptional properties of premium ceramic. Each keycap offers a uniquely cool and silky-smooth touch, while delivering a clear, resonant sound with every press.

HOT-SWAPPABLE

Unlike mechanical switches, which depend on physical contact, Hall Effect magnetic switches use magnets to detect key presses. It is effortless to swap out the switch with compatible Hall Effect magnetic switches.

 *The Q16 HE 8K currently isn't compatible with Gateron, Jade, or other magnetic switches.

BACKLIGHT

NORTH-FACING RGB LED LIGHTS

The North-facing RGB is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the typist’s angle with the premium non-shine-through ceramic keycaps installed. It is also free from interference when the user installs Cherry-profile alternative keycaps on their keyboard.
